Oh My Mahjong Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 1 , 2025

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the wholesale relationship between the retailer ("Retailer") and Oh My Mahjong ("OMM" ) and apply to all wholesale orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Retailer Eligibility and Brand Alignment

To qualify for a wholesale account, retailers must operate at least one brick-and-mortar retail location. We partner with stores that carry complementary brands and reflect values aligned with our own, including quality, customer experience, and brand integrity.

We reserve the right to review and evaluate all wholesale applications and may approve or deny accounts at our sole discretion.

Proof of physical storefront and merchandising may be requested as part of the approval process.

2. Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $1500

Reorder Minimum: $250

3 . Pricing & Payment

Wholesale prices are set at 50 % MSRP.

All prices are in USD and are subject to change within 30 days notice .

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH

Orders must be prepaid in full.

4 . Shipping & Delivery

Retailer is responsible for all shipping costs under $ 10 00

All orders under $1000 will be charged $30 flat rate shipping

Orders ship within 7-10 business days of payment receipt.

OMM is not responsible for shipping delays once items have left our warehouse.

5 . Returns, Damages & Claims

Wholesale orders are final sale.

Damages, missing items or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with accompanying photos.
